By subscribing to UI Now Library you are being granted a license to use the assets for specific uses under certain conditions.

Allows you to use UI Now assets for unlimited personal and commercial projects. This type of license is used by freelancers, developers, and agencies.

Modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.

Re-distribute the Item/s, (Free or paid) regardless of any modifications, under any circumstances You cannot replicate or make modifications to the item and list it as your own on your website or, to a third-party.
Make a theme, template or derivative work of any product to sell on any marketplace.
Copy components to your account, with the intention to use them at a later date.
Resell or otherwise distribute downloaded assets on any marketplace as well as via private channels and bots under any circumstances.
Membership License
Your license is unique to your account and cannot be used multiple times unless otherwise stated.
If we suspect you do not comply with this agreement and the terms of using our service, we have the right to block your account and close access to the products without a refund and clarification of the circumstances. Violation of these terms will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Excessive accounts accessing the same license or sharing of your license will be detected by our system.
Misuse of our product may result in access being removed.
Free Assets
Allows you to use free copied assets for unlimited personal and commercial projects without attribution.
If we suspect you do not comply with this agreement and the terms of using our service, we have the right to block your account and close access to the products without a refund and clarification of the circumstances. Violation of these terms will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Excessive copying of components is and will be detected by our system, and taken seriously. Misuse of our product may result in access being removed. Use components only on an as needed basis.
